Operation Vitality Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Operation Vitality ("Application") collects, uses, stores, and discloses information, including Health Data. The Application is provided by Wastlund Software Solutions, LLC ("Service Provider").

Health Data We Access and Collect

Operation Vitality is a workout tracking application. The app collects Health and fitness data that you create and enter in the app, including:

• Workout and fitness activity records you create in the app (for example: workout name, exercise name, sets, reps, weight, duration, distance, speed, intensity, notes, and workout dates/times).

The app does not currently read Health Data from, or write Health Data to, platform health providers such as Health Connect, Google Fit, or Apple Health.

Health Data is collected and used only to provide health and fitness features in the app. We do not use Health Data for advertising.

How We Use Health Data

We use Health Data only for purposes that support the core app experience, including:

• Creating, editing, and displaying your workouts and exercise history.
• Showing progress, trends, and comparisons between workouts/exercises.
• Providing core app functionality and preserving your data on your device.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data or Health Data.

We do not share Health Data with third parties for advertising or marketing.

We may disclose information only in limited cases such as:

• When required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Storage and Security

Workout and Health Data entered in Operation Vitality is stored locally on your device. We apply reasonable safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Permissions and Your Choices

• You can control app permissions in your device settings.
• You can uninstall the app to stop future collection by the app.

Data Retention and Deletion

Because data is stored locally on your device, retention is primarily controlled by you. You can delete workout content from within the app or uninstall the app to remove local app data. You may also contact us at operation.vitality@gmail.com with privacy questions.

Other Information

The app downloads exercise guide content and images from GitHub-hosted URLs to provide in-app exercise guides. The app does not collect precise location data for core functionality.

Children

The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider (operation.vitality@gmail.com) so appropriate action can be taken.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding your information and uses reasonable safeguards to protect information processed by the Application.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
